$50 CHARGE FOR LATER DEPARTURES WHEN APPROVED BY THE OFFICE.

• Extra Person(s) - Up to two - $12 each per day.
• 5% discount - four weeks or longer.
• $200 minimum deposit required within two weeks of making reservation.
• 25% of total bill due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Balance of bill due upon arrival.
• All rates subject to 10.5% tax
• Service charge of $50 will be made on all deposit refunds.
• We arrange car rentals for arrivals at Tampa, Sarasota-Bradenton, or Orlando.
• VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER accepted.
• Maid service performed each week.  Twice weekly - 2 weeks or longer.
• SORRY, NO PETS
